The impressive selection is led by the famous smooth and creamy Vintage Lincolnshire Poacher, handmade and matured for between 14-16 months for exceptional flavour. Hand-ladled Colston Bassett Stilton is fabulously rich with deep and complex flavours, whilst delicate and buttery Lincolnshire Red completes this best of British prize-winning trio.
And we couldn’t give you a cheese lovers hamper without including some fabulous Italian cheeses to complete the set. We adore Taleggio cheese with its semi-soft structure, strong aroma, yet mild, fruity and slightly tangy flavour. Specially selected Gorgonzola Dolce is soft and creamy, matured in the Valassina Alpine caves of Northern Italy, whilst the 14-day matured Sicilian Pecorino is crafted from 100% pasteurised sheep’s milk and refined with black peppercorns.
To complete your exquisite cheese board experience, we’ve added Peter’s Yard Sourdough Crackers in original, poppy seed and rye & charcoal flavours to bring some crunchy texture, along with our favourite honey and spelt loaf from local bakery, Myers, artisan onion marmalade and quince fruit cheese from Tracklements, juicy figs, crisp celery and velvety-sweet black grapes.
