How do I get my order?
Nothing is delivered to your home. We deliver everything to Green Yurts the day before opening and your order is handed to you at check-in. Just give the team the booking refrence.
Why do you need my booking reference?
Your booking reference is how Green Yurts match your gifts to your tent. You'll find it on your Green Yurts booking confirmation email. Orders can't be placed without it.
How is it kept fresh?
Every hamper is packed fresh, sealed with insulating wool and ice packs, and kept in Green Yurts' fridges until you arrive. Left sealed it stays perfect for 48 hours. Once opened, tuck in and enjoy.
When do bookings close?
