Curated for quality and taste, this Cheese Selection is led by the famous Vintage Lincolnshire Poacher, handmade and matured for between 14-16 months, it is ultimately smooth and densely creamy. Clawson Blue Stilton and Lincolnshire Red complete this best of British trio. Fabulously rich hand-ladled creamy Stilton with it's deep, lingering, complex flavour, perfectly complements the strong Vintage Poacher and delicate buttery Red Leicester.

Now move over Blighty and welcome the Italians. We love Taleggio Cheese which offers a semi-soft structure with a strong aroma, yet is mild, fruity and slightly tangy flavour. Specially selected Gorgonzola Dolce is made specifically to be soft and creamy, matured in the Valassina Alpine caves of Northern Italy perfectly matched with Sicilian Pecorino with black peppercorns.  This exquisite young Pecorino is made from 100% pasteurised sheep’s milk from Sicily and matured for 14 days, before the finest black peppercorns are added for that extra addition in flavour.  Simply incredible Cheeses to make the Ultimate Cheese Board and the best Cheese and Wine Gift Hamper.
