Delivery Information

All deliveries will be made between 8am & 8pm via DPD.

We deliver 7 days a week from Monday – Sunday across UK Mainland.

Please note at this time, delivery to the Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands is 2-4 working days.

Chilled products will be insulated and include an icepack. All deliveries are made on an express delivery basis to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

A Little Note from the IMPs...

We’ve found that parcels to Northern Ireland can sometimes get held up over the weekend, especially around bank holidays. So, on occasion, we may take the IMPish decision to dispatch your hamper a day early. We'd always rather your parcel arrive fresh and fabulous a little early than miss your special moment completely. Better early and chilled than late and wilted, we say! If we do send it ahead of schedule, we’ll always keep you in the loop with your tracking information.

How delivery options are calculated

Due to the nature of our products, the delivery lead times differ from product to product. Each product will have a lead time displayed against it. Your items will be delivered in a single package and will be determined by the longest lead time of all the items in your bag.

Next Day / Nominated Day Delivery

Your bag is eligible for next day delivery when ALL items in your bag are available for next day delivery and you are ordering before our cut-off time of 4pm Monday to Sunday. If one item in your bag is not available for next day delivery then your order as a whole does not qualify for next day delivery.

Our cut off point for next day delivery is 4pm Monday to Sunday.

Any orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day if no delivery day is selected.

Just use the 'Choose a date' delivery option in your bag and the calendar will provide you with eligible dates for delivery. 

All deliveries will be made between 8am & 8pm so we recommend you arrange delivery a day in advance of any special events as we cannot guarantee an early morning delivery. Please note that DPD will provide an approximate 1-hour delivery slot in advance to help ensure safe delivery.

Multi Address Delivery 

At IMP & MAKER, we’re always working to improve your gifting experience. We now offer multi address shipping! 

After you've selected your hampers, click the ship to multiple addresses button in cart and proceed to follow the onscreen guidance to ship hampers to different recipients.

Substitution Policy

At IMP & MAKER, we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers in Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands & Islands. In certain circumstances where an order contains fresh items, we may substitute them with ambient items to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for making such substitutions.

1. Circumstances for Substitution:
- Substitutions will only occur when an order will take longer than 2 days from shipping to delivery.
- The decision to substitute fresh items with ambient items will be made by authorised personnel based on product availability and customer preferences.

2. Customer Notification:
- Customers will be notified of any substitutions prior to delivery through our website, email, or phone communication.
- Substituted items will be clearly identified on the order summary provided to customers.

3. Substitution Guidelines:
- Substitutions will be made with items of comparable quality, quantity, and match or exceed value whenever possible.
- Every effort will be made to substitute items with similar flavour profiles or purposes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- All substituted items will comply with relevant health and safety regulations and dietary restrictions.

Order Collection Policy

Purpose: This Order Collection Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for the collection of orders placed with IMP & MAKER. It ensures efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction throughout the collection process.

1. Order Placement: Customers can place orders through our online platform or over the phone. Upon confirmation of the order, customers will receive an order confirmation email or text.

2. Collection Location and Time: Orders can be collected from our designated collection point, which is located at 5a Lancaster Court, Coldham Road Industrial Estate, Coningsby, Lincolnshire, LN4 4SE. Collection times are during our regular business hours, 9:00am-4:00pm.

3. Identification: Customers must present a valid form of identification (e.g., driver's license, passport) along with their order confirmation email or text at the time of collection. This ensures the security and accuracy of order fulfilment.

4. Authorised Collection: If the person collecting the order is different from the individual who placed the order, they must present a letter of authorisation from the customer, along with their own identification and the order confirmation details.

5. Storage Period: Orders will be held for collection for a specified period, typically 7 Days. It is the customer's responsibility to collect their order within this timeframe. After the designated collection period, unclaimed orders may be subject to additional fees or cancellation.

6. Communication: Any changes to collection times, locations, or procedures will be communicated to customers promptly via email, phone, or text message.

7. Customer Support: For any inquiries or assistance regarding order collection, customers can contact our customer support team during business hours. We are committed to providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.

Delivery Disclaimer

At IMP & MAKER, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered accurately and on time. However, it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and postcode when placing an order. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

If an order fails to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address or postcode provided by the customer, IMP & Maker cannot be held liable for the failed delivery.

In the event of a failed delivery:

  1. Redelivery Charges: A redelivery fee will be applied to cover the cost of delivering the order again. This charge will include any additional shipping fees and any fees incurred for the return of the parcel.

  2. Fresh Elements: Any fresh or perishable items that require replacement will incur additional charges. These charges will reflect the full cost of the items and may vary depending on availability and seasonality.
