Our 100% Ibérico Bellota is watchfully cured for up to 5 years and is a superlative addition for the most luxurious tapas board. This jamon is offers a deep and exceptional quality and flavour and is ready to eat straight from the pack. 

Meanwhile the salchichon is slowly cured for 3 months for a rich, deep flavour. It is ready to eat straight from the pack and can also be used in cooking but is particularly sublime for a tapas.  Chorizo is a Spanish classic but this one is slowly cured for 3 months with fine Spanish smoked paprika, bringing the trio of Iberico meat to the stage in this exceptional charcuterie board.
