Hand selected for quality and taste, the cheeses include the prize-winning British trio of famously strong and smooth Vintage Lincolnshire Poacher, rich and creamy hand ladled Clawson Blue Stilton and delicately buttery Lincolnshire Red. We’ve added Mouse House Garlic & Chive Cheddar, packing a punch of garlic enhanced with a hint of chive, and a Chilli Cheddar truckle, laced with green and red peppers, chilli, jalapeños and chilli powder, for you to enjoy. And no cheese tasting experience would be complete without the addition of some Italian cheese, so we’ve also included a creamy Gorgonzola Dolce, matured in the Valassina Alpine caves of Northern Italy, and a tasty Sicilian Pecorino with black peppercorns.
Peter’s Yard Sourdough Crackers in original, rye & charcoal and poppy seed flavours, add perfect crunchy texture, whilst the The Fine Cheese Co. Toast for Cheese is twice baked like biscotti, studded with fruits, nuts and seeds and sensational with stilton and gorgonzola. To accompany your cheese and biscuits, we recommend our favourite Tracklements caramelised onion marmalade, which brings the pleasing tang of redcurrants, and sweet and sticky chilli jam smouldering with gentle heat from the addition of fistfuls of fresh red chillies.
