Hand selected for quality and taste, the cheeses include the prize-winning British trio of famously strong and smooth Vintage Lincolnshire Poacher, rich and creamy hand ladled Colston Bassett Stilton and delicately buttery Lincolnshire Red. We’ve added Mouse House Garlic & Chive Cheddar, packing a punch of garlic enhanced with a hint of chive, and a Chilli Cheddar truckle, laced with green and red peppers, chilli, jalapeños and chilli powder, for you to enjoy. And no cheese tasting experience would be complete without the addition of some Italian cheese, so we’ve also included a semi-soft Taleggio, mild, fruity and slightly tangy, soft and creamy Gorgonzola Dolce, matured in the Valassina Alpine caves of Northern Italy, and a tasty Sicilian Pecorino with black peppercorns.
