Our Bellota Salchichon Iberico is an outstanding product that treats you to the best meat selection of 100% Iberian Bellota pigs. This exquisite pork meat has been naturally dried in a cellar for 4 – 5 months with a gentle seasoning of pepper, to achieve a powerful explosion of tastes and aromas. Along with its signature dark red colour and juiciness, the Iberian sausage is covered with the beautiful marbling that makes this product so iconic.
Enjoy our sliced Ibérico delivered to your door and elevate your charcuterie boards. This product is best enjoyed after being allowed to warm to room temperature.
