This Spanish Salchichon Iberico de Bellota is slowly cured for 3 months for a rich, deep flavour. It is ready to eat straight from the pack and can also be used in cooking but is particularly sublime for tapas. Best enjoyed at room temperature, remove from packaging 25 - 30 minutes before serving.
