Cheese fans will adore the Award-winning vintage Lincolnshire poacher, hand-made on a dairy farm nestled at the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, and matured for 18-22 months to give a deep, complex flavour profile with a nutty sweetness and a long clean finish. Equally tempting is the Lincolnshire Red, based on a traditional Red Leicester recipe with a contemporary twist, and delivering a moist creamy texture, a delicate buttery flavour and a nice clean finish that lingers on the palate.
We’ve paired this tempting English cheese duo with crunchy original, rye & charcoal and poppy seed sourdough crackers, crafted in small batches from natural ingredients, including Shipton Mill flour and fresh organic milk, and absolutely no artificial colours or preservatives.
