This special cheese and wine hamper is led by the famous Vintage Lincolnshire Poacher - handmade and matured for between 14-16 months - it is smooth and densely creamy. Clawson Blue Stilton is a firm favourite to pair with these best of British prize-winners. A fabulously rich hand-ladled Creamy Stilton with a deep, lingering, complex flavour. To stand out with these delicious cheeses we have selected an Italian Taleggio. Semi-soft in structure with a strong aroma this cheese is mild, fruity and slightly tangy in flavour.
