A fabulously rich hand-ladled Creamy Stilton with a deep, lingering, complex flavour. To stand out with these delicious cheeses we have selected an Italian Taleggio. Semi-soft in structure with a strong aroma this cheese is mild, fruity and slightly tangy in flavour. Enjoy with Peter’s Yard Sourdough Crackers bringing the perfect crunch to this trio.
