Then sit back and enjoy the smoky flavours of umami, hand-ground coffee beans, chipotle, smoked paprika, Javanese sugar, Chilean oregano, nutmeg, soy sauce and black and white pepper. We recommend serving your steak with super-sweet and juicy cherry tomatoes and a simple mixed-leaf salad.
