By introducing new and innovative winemaking techniques, he revolutionised the styles of rosé being produced from the Provence region, resulting in Whispering Angel becoming one of the world’s favourite and best-selling rosés. Crafted from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes, it has a beautifully pale pink hue and complex layers of peach, red berry and citrus fruity flavours that are the trademark of the brand.
