Born from a love of festivals
Green Yurts began with a simple idea: camping could be done differently.
Founded by lifelong friends Phil Stockton and Alex Green, the business grew from Alex's own experience of staying in a yurt at a festival and deciding that camping in style was the only way forward. What started as a yurt-building project quickly evolved into Green Yurts, now providing boutique camping and event experiences across some of the UK’s biggest festivals and events.
And it’s easy to see why.
Think beautifully furnished yurts and bell tents, comfortable beds, proper facilities and all those little touches that transform a weekend under canvas into something altogether more luxurious.
Green Yurts’ philosophy centres around luxury, guest experience and value for money, with a real passion for creating outdoor experiences that people genuinely enjoy.
That philosophy really resonated with us. Because at IMP & MAKER, we’re all about the details too.
The perfect partnership
When we met Alex and the Green Yurts team at The Game Fair, we knew pretty quickly that this was the perfect partnership.
We spent the day getting to know the Green Yurts team, exploring their beautiful set-ups and capturing content for the launch of our partnership.
But more importantly, we talked about the experience we wanted to create for their guests.
For us, it wasn’t about simply putting an IMP & MAKER hamper inside a tent. It was about thinking about the whole experience.
What do you want waiting for you when you unzip your tent after travelling to a festival? What would make that first evening feel even better?
What could take away the hassle of packing a cool box, squeezing food into the car or stopping at the supermarket on the way?
The answer was, naturally, very good food and drink.
Festival food, done the IMP & MAKER way
Together, we created a collection of exclusive IMP & MAKER x Green Yurts festival hampers, designed specifically for the Green Yurts experience.
The idea was simple: delicious food and drink, beautifully presented, ready and waiting when you arrive.
Guests staying in the Green Yurts Boutique Field at selected events could pre-order their hamper before their stay, adding their Green Yurts booking reference at checkout.
Their hamper would then be delivered directly to the site, ready to collect chilled and sealed when they checked in.
No last-minute supermarket dash. No trying to find space for a cool box in an already-full car. No worrying about what you’re going to eat once you arrive.
Just unpack, pour, graze and get on with the important business of having a very good weekend.
Chilled, sealed and ready when you arrive
One of the best parts of the Green Yurts experience? You don’t need to worry about keeping your food cold on the journey.
Your IMP & MAKER hamper is delivered directly to Green Yurts and carefully packed using our specialist insulated packaging and ice packs, designed to keep fresh food chilled for up to 48 hours in transit. It's then stored in the fridge with the Green Yurts team, ready for your arrival.
When you arrive and check in, your hamper is chilled, sealed and ready to collect.
So while everyone else is unloading cars, setting up camp and working out where they left the bottle opener, your festival feast is already taken care of.
Simply collect your hamper, head back to your yurt, unpack and get stuck in.
It’s one less thing to think about, and one more reason to get excited about your festival weekend.
From cheeseboards to family feasts
The first collection was created with festival sharing in mind.
There’s the Green Yurts Cheeseboard Experience, packed with cheeses, crackers, chutneys, olives, crisps and charcuterie, alongside all the essentials for building a seriously good festival cheeseboard.
For bigger groups, the Ultimate Family Festival Foodie Hamper takes things even further, bringing together chilled Prosecco, beer, soft drinks, premium cheeses, Iberico charcuterie, olives, pickles, crisps, chocolates and sweets. It even comes with a premium acacia serving board and an exclusive IMP & MAKER x Green Yurts wicker basket.
Because, let's be honest, festival food doesn't always have to mean a burger at midnight.
Sometimes you want to sit outside your yurt with a glass of something cold, build a ridiculously good cheeseboard and enjoy a proper feast with your favourite people.
That's exactly the kind of festival experience we wanted to create.

One of the things we love about Green Yurts is their attention to detail.
Their guests aren't simply given somewhere to sleep. The whole experience has been considered, from the accommodation and facilities to the little extras that make a stay feel special.
That same attention to detail is at the heart of IMP & MAKER.
Every hamper is hand-wrapped at our Lincolnshire HQ and carefully curated around the experience we're trying to create. Fresh ingredients are packed using insulated eco wool liners and ice packs to help keep them at the correct temperature in transit, so guests can enjoy everything as it was intended.
It’s why this partnership feels like such a good match.
Two brands. One shared belief that the little things matter.
What's next?
Our first Green Yurts partnership launches in 2026, with hampers created for guests at events including Big Feastival and Burghley Boutique.

But this is only the beginning.
Green Yurts is part of an exciting calendar of festivals and events, with boutique camping experiences at everything from Big Feastival and Glastonbury to Silverstone and The Game Fair.
And we're already excited about where this partnership could go next.
Because if there's one thing we know about festivals, it's that the best memories are often made in the moments between the main events.
A drink poured back at the tent, a cheeseboard shared with friends. A late-night snack, a slow breakfast the morning after.
