Cheese fans will adore the Award-winning vintage Lincolnshire poacher, hand-made on a dairy farm nestled at the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, and matured for 18-22 months to give a deep, complex flavour profile with a nutty sweetness and a long clean finish. Equally tempting is the Lincolnshire Red, based on a traditional Red Leicester recipe with a contemporary twist, and delivering a moist creamy texture, a delicate buttery flavour and a nice clean finish that lingers on the palate.
We’ve paired this tempting English cheese duo with crunchy original, rye & charcoal and poppy seed sourdough crackers, crafted in small batches from natural ingredients, including Shipton Mill flour and fresh organic milk, and absolutely no artificial colours or preservatives. And to finish off your delightful cheeseboard, three gorgeously tangy chutneys from Tracklements, sticky fig relish, apricot & ginger chutney and caramelised onion marmalade.
