Slow-smoked to perfection in a historic century-old traditional brick-built smokehouse with its distinctive ornate iron cowls, Alfred Enderby smoked salmon gives this delicious luxury smoked fish it’s unique flavour which comes from the layers of tar that have built up within the smokehouse over time to bring an exceptional, distinctive and award winning salmon.
